Students
If you are a student, you’ve already been migrated to gmail.

IMPORTANT:
After migration is complete, you WILL NOT receive mail via our Microsoft Exchange server.
However, any previously-received mail WILL still be available for a brief period of time.

Reset your Password

  1. The first step in the migration process is to change your Emory & Henry password.

  2. You will be asked to enter your ehc.edu domain username.

    • That’s your college email address without @ehc.edu—which is the domain name.
  3. You will be asked to choose a security image.

    • Make sure to choose something that is easy to remember!
  4. You will then be asked to enter the last six digits of your Social Security Number.

    • This will be the password for this Password Reset Portal.

      NOTE:
The graphic and the last six digits of your Social Security Number are what you need to access the Password Reset Portal so that you can reset your password from anywhere whenever you are required or want to do so. Note: This is NOT your new Emory & Henry user login password—this is just for the Password Reset Portal.

    • IMPORTANT:
The address of the Password Reset Portal is HTTPS://reset.ehc.edu
Remember the “S” after HTTP—that means it is a secure server. If you forget, the link is on the Information Technology page at http://www.ehc.edu/academics/resources/it-services
(That is under Academics -> Resources -> Technology Resources -> IT Services)

  5. After logging into the site, choose the “Change My Password” option.

    • This will change your domain password, and is separate from your reset site password.

    • Your domain password must be:
      · at least eight characters long
      · a combination of UPPER- and lower-case letters, numbers, & special characters

      It cannot contain:
      · your username
      · one of your five most recent passwords

Your password will reset immediately.

It’s that simple!

PLEASE NOTE:
After migration is complete, you WILL NOT receive mail via our Microsoft Exchange server.
However, any previously-received mail WILL still be available for a brief period of time.
